Proposed Accredited Investor Redefinition Garners Commentary	By Michelle Napoli

The public comment period on a Securities and Exchange Commission’s proposed redefinition of “accredited investor” with regard to certain kinds of pooled investment vehicles ends today. While the proposal is aimed at hedge funds, at least some involved in the TIC industry are keeping an eye on the matter.
