Less than traditional asset types have been establishing a presence in the net lease and sale-leaseback marketplace. Sale-managebacks of hotels, seniors housing and student housing are not unheard of. Ski resorts and other kinds of recreational destination properties have been sold and purchased in much the same way and vineyards and forestland appear to be on the list as well.
