Jeffrey S. Thomas is a Seattle, WA-based first vice president in the net-leased properties group of CB Richard Ellis. Thomas, who works in partnership with Phoenix-based comrade John Glassmoyer, expects the two will end the year with about $500 million in transaction volume. NET LEASE forum spoke with Thomas about changes in his business and the net lease market.
