HRPT Properties Trust is poised to make its second significant acquisition of net-leased Hawaiian property from an estate. The REIT has agreed to buy 188 acres of land on the southwest coast of Oahu, about 20 miles from downtown Honolulu and in the vicinity of Barbers Point Harbor, Hawaii’s second busiest commercial harbor.
