The current Cyburt Hall Partners is the evolution of a company started two years ago this month. While one of its original founders, Chris Ludeman, recently returned to CB Richard Ellis as president of its US brokerage operations, Cyburt Hall co-founders and principals Phil Cyburt and Brad Hall continue the Los Angeles-based investment firm’s business.
