Escondido, CA-based REIT Realty Income Corp. has closed on a 17-property Kerasotes Showplace Theatres sale-leaseback deal. The firm is paying $200 million for the portfolio of assets, located in Illinois, Indiana, Minnesota and Missouri. They will be leased back to Chicago-headquartered Kerasotes under 20-year triple-net leases.
