Two relatively good-sized portfolios changed hands recently, including an $85.3-million package that New Hyde Park, NY-based Kimco Realty Corp. acquired as well as a 26-property deal closed on by American Financial Realty Trust, based in Jenkintown, PA. Each transaction was based on certain key strategies.
