Net-lease properties on the market throughout the Chicago metropolitan area were up a whopping 259% in the third quarter compared to data from March 2004. According to a report released earlier this month by Northbrook, IL-based Boulder Group research director Jeff Rothbart, in addition to the sheer number of available properties, the cumulative value of properties is up significantly as well, by 199%.
