Firms' Shareholders OK Grubb-NNN Merger	By Bob Howard and Danielle Douglas

Shareholders of Grubb & Ellis and NNN Realty Advisors last week voted in favor of merging the two companies. The plan, which was earlier approved by the boards of directors of both companies, will be completed "as soon as is practical."
