Even after the daylong RealShare TIC event came to a close, 1031 exchanges and tenants-in-common investments couldn’t have been far from the minds of attendees and speakers. At least they weren't for the out-of-towners who happened to notice a small billboard advertising “1031 Exchange Opportunities" along Interstate 280 between downtown San Francisco to SFO Airport.
