PropPoint, a new TIC investment sales company, has opened for business here and on the Internet at www.proppoint.com. Founded by CEO Ryan Bristol, who was previously a regional director for TIC sponsor SCI Real Estate Investments of Los Angeles, the company hopes to help educate investors, simplify the TIC/1031 exchange process and assist clients in finding investments best suited for them.
