TICM Update: BDs, Sponsors Meet on Best Practices By Michelle Napoli The development of best practices for the TIC industry continues. Following separate meetings of members of the broker-dealer and sponsor communities this summer, a smaller set of individuals representing both groups met in Denver last month to continue the process and try to hammer out some differences of opinion. A new best-practices draft memo resulted, and at press time was in the hands of several attorneys for their review and input.
