ORIX Latest To Join TIC Sponsor Ranks
By Michelle Napoli The latest entrant to tenant-in-common sponsor circles is Chicago-based Orix Real Estate Capital Inc., which announced in mid-June that it has established a new tenant-in-common program. It has had some exposure to the TIC business already, having sold properties and provided bridge financing to other TIC sponsors in the past, and while it has not offered its own deal to TIC investors yet, it expects to do so by year-end.
