TOP STORY: Triple Net Nabs Biggest TIC Deal Title With Chicago Trophy Buy
By Michelle Napoli The downtown Chicago office trophy known by its address, 123 North Wacker Dr., has been taken down by Santa Ana, CA-based Triple Net Properties LLC for a tenants-in-common offering. While the company did not disclose the price it paid to seller Prentiss Properties Trust, a market source indicates the purchase was in the area of $172 million, making it the largest TIC deal in the industrys history.
